Yes, we will import your client and caregiver contact information including name, phone, and email address as part of our one-time setup services (data must be in an Excel or CSV file). If you’d like to migrate additional data from your existing system, we can work with you to set up an advanced data migration package depending on your needs. In addition to covering the cost of creating your business on the Sitter Pro platform, it enables us to provide you with things like a personal coach to conduct 1-1 training and basic data migration to help you get off to a great start.
