Will you ever look at my data? Or share it with others?

Sitter will only access your data with your express permission: e.g., to assist with tech support questions. For analytical and quality control purposes, we will occasionally compile data from all of our subscribers.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes, data security is our highest priority. We use Stripe, like Lyft, to ensure that all of our subscribers’ data, including your clients’ credit card information, receive the highest level of protection possible.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

This plan is an annual commitment, billed monthly. If you’re not satisfied with the platform, you can cancel with 30 days notice. Please reference our Terms of Service for additional details.

Can I import my data from another software?

Yes, we will import your client and caregiver contact information including name, phone, and email address as part of our one-time setup services (data must be in an Excel or CSV file). If you’d like to migrate additional data from your existing system, we can work with you to set up an advanced data migration package depending on your needs. Please contact us if you’re interested in this service.

Do I have to purchase the setup services?

Yes, the one-time setup services are required to ensure a successful launch! In addition to covering the cost of creating your business on the Sitter Pro platform, it enables us to provide you with things like a personal coach to conduct 1-1 training and basic data migration to help you get off to a great start.
