How many dates can I submit on a multi-day booking?

You’re able to submit as many dates as you’d like for a multi-day job.

Will I get the same caregiver for all of the dates?

We hope that this feature will increase the likelihood of getting the same caregiver to cover your full request. However, it ultimately comes down to who is available to help your family on your requested days.

Can I add a date once I’ve submitted a booking?

Once a booking is submitted, if you need to add another day, you can submit a new request for the additional day.

How does the check-out process work on multi-day jobs?

With a multi-day job, all jobs in the booking will follow the single job booking check-out process. On each day of the booking, the caregiver will checkout and you will be prompted to complete the check-out process for that day.  You will continue to check out for each individual day once the work is completed.
