Before canceling, keep in mind that it is always nice to give at least 24 hours notice.
In the app:
- Open the main menu in the top corner of the app.
- Tap “My Bookings”.
- Tap the booking you would like to cancel.
- Tap “Cancel Booking”.
- Enter a message for your sitter to let them know why you’re canceling.
- Tap “Submit”.
- A message will be sent to your sitter(s) to let them know you’ve canceled.
- Your canceled booking will appear in your “Previous” list on your Bookings screen.
