Sometimes you may want to send a request for a different location, a different number of children, or to a specific sitter or group of sitters. To do this, you can change the booking options on the specific booking without changing your default settings.

In the app:

  1. Open the main menu in the top corner of the app.
  2. Tap “Book a Sitter”.
  3. Select the date and time of the booking. If you need assistance with this, see Booking a Babysitter.
  4. Tap “Booking Options”.

From here, you can change the number of children, location, or sitters.

Change the Number of Children

To change the number of children:

  1. Tap “Children”.
  2. Tap the up or down arrows to adjust the number of children.
  3. Tap “Save Changes”.

Change the Location

To change the location:

  1. Tap “Location”.
  2. Tap the location where you would like the booking to be located. If you need to add an address, tap “Add new address”. Note: If you need to edit an existing address, you will have to do so in your Profile. See Update or Delete an Address for instructions.
  3. Tap “Save Changes”.
