If you aren’t receiving push notifications, there are two places to check to make sure they are turned on correctly.
First, check your profile in the app. Go to profile and then select your agency profile. From there, select preferences and see if you have ‘Push Notifications’ turned on for both messages and reminders.
Next, check your phone’s settings for the app. For iPhone, go to settings > notifications > Sitter Pro. Then make sure the notifications are turned on and configured how you would like. For Android, go to the Settings app, tap Apps & Notifications and then Notifications. Then select Sitter Pro and set your notification preferences.
