Holiday Surcharges
You’re in high demand around holidays such as New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day. If you would like to charge a different rate for holidays, we suggest you update your rates a couple of weeks prior to the holiday. If it’s a new client or if a parent sends a booking request for a holiday date prior to you updating your rates, make sure you send them a message to let them know your holiday rate. It will help you avoid an awkward conversation on the night of the job! It will also help you keep your clients happy. Clients don’t like rate surprises.
